1. Services

E.R.D Paving provides paving, landscaping, groundworks, fencing, turfing, and related services as described in individual project quotations. All work is subject to a site survey and written quotation before commencement.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices include all materials, labour, and waste removal unless otherwise stated. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed in the project quotation. We may require a deposit before commencing work. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project. We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All work is covered by our workmanship guarantee. This covers defects in installation and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather events, or failure to follow maintenance advice provided.

5. Insurance

E.R.D Paving carries full public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area
• Obtaining any necessary planning permissions (we advise on this)
• Informing us of any underground services (pipes, cables) they are aware of

7. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled before commencement. If materials have been ordered, the customer may be liable for material costs. Once work has commenced, cancellation is subject to payment for work completed and materials used.

8. Disputes

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
